- Always be on time. If you are not familiar with the location of the job, ask any of our Associates for directions. Allow for extra 15-20 minutes of travel time on your first few days.
- Dress appropriately for the job. Ask our Associate what is suitable and whether there are any special requirements (such as safety boots, hard hat, or safety glasses).
- Introduce yourself. Make sure your supervisor has the correct spelling of your name and knows MARS GROUP International Employment Agency has sent you.
- Be prepared for the new environment. Every company operates differently and follows different procedures.
- It is a good idea to write down basic instructions for your future references. Ask whenever you do not understand something or the instruction you were given is not clear to you.
- Do not disclose the company information.
- Do not use the company phone for personal phone calls. If it is absolutely necessary to use the phone, ask for permission first.
- Do not just stand around. Never put your hands in your pockets. If you have finished your assignment, ask for another.
- If your job description changes, inform MARS Associate immediately.
- Do not ever walk out of the job. Finish the day. If you feel the position is not for you and decide not to come back, let our Associate know in order to send a replacement and to search for a more suitable position for you.
- If you for any reason cannot come to work, let MARS know as soon as you can. You can always leave us a message after the office hours. We do not tolerate absenteeism.
- When your assignment with the company is complete, let us know.
We have another one waiting for you.
