A: Besides your contact information, we need you to provide your Social Insurance Number, or your Work Permit Number. Also, especially if you are relying on public transportation, make sure to include the major intersection close to where you live: this way we will be able to match you to a position accessible by the public transportation and within reasonable travel time.

Q: Is there a registration fee?

A: No, there is no fee for job seekers.

Q: How will you keep me informed of available opportunities?

A: When you register with MARS Group, your consultant will spend time establishing your key priorities and the type of position you are looking for. They will discuss suitable open vacancies with you at this time and thereafter call you with additional opportunities.
We will explore every avenue available to us to find you a suitable position within your timescales. As we'll be working actively on your behalf, it is important that you stay in regular contact to inform us if your circumstances, availability or priorities have changed.

Q: Will you call me at work?

A: If we can only reach you while you are at work, we will do so with utmost confidentiality and discretion. We will not leave a voice mail if it is a shared voice mail nor will we leave a message with another individual at your place of work.

Q: How will I get paid?

A: You will get paid by MARS Group International Ltd. Your salary will be either delivered to your place of work or will be ready for you to collect at our office. Call our counselors to state your preference.

Q: What happens if I am not the right fit for the company?

A: If you feel the position to which you have been assigned by MARS Group is not the right one for you, we will do everything we can to ensure that you are placed within a more appropriate position as soon as possible.
